Access and Accounts

Not at all! You can purchase parts as a Guest. However, having a Komatsu online account will give you access to additional features - for example; access your order history, manage your delivery addresses, be notified about news and promotions, and the option to apply to have a trading account with us.

To reset your password:

You can only view your order history if you have an account with us. To view your order or your order history:
1. 'Sign In' to your account and select 'My Account'. 
2. You order history (including any current orders) will be displayed.

To apply for a Standard Komatsu online account:

1. Go to (komatsupartsonline.co.za).
2. At the top right of the home screen, click on 'Create an Account'.
3. The accounts table will be displayed select 'Register'.
4. The 'Standard online account Registration' page will be displayed enter your details, acknowledge the terms and conditions, and then simply click Submit.
5. A 'Welcome to Komatsu Online' email will be sent to you, which you will use to activate your account and set up your password.
6. Once you have done that, you can use your new login details to access your online account.

To apply for a Komatsu Premium account

1. You must have a Komatsu online account and own a Komatsu machine.
2. Go to your home page, scroll down until you get to 'Register for an online account' and click 'Create account'.
3. The accounts table will be displayed select 'Sign-up'.
4. The Premium accounts page will be displayed scroll down to 'Apply for a premium account', enter your details, acknowledge the terms and conditions, and then click 'Apply'.
5. You will be directed to our Customer information form, complete it, and email it to ksazamb_accounts.receive@global.komatsu.
6. Our National Credit Controller Department will review your application and contact you to advise whether your application has been successful or not.
7. Your online account will be upgraded to a Komatsu Premium Online Account if successful.

To link your existing Komatsu account:

1. Go to your home page, scroll down until you get to 'Register for an online account', and click 'Create account'.
2. The accounts table will be displayed select 'Sign-up'.
3. The Premium accounts page will be displayed, enter your details, acknowledge the terms and conditions, and then click 'Register'.
4. We will contact you and advise once your account is linked.

This feature is only available to Komatsu Standard and Premium account holders with the primary account administrator access level. To add a user to your account:
1. From the top right click the drop-down menu and select 'Company Structure'.
2. Click the 'Add User' link.
3. Complete the details for the new user.
4. Select the new user role.
5. Click 'Save'.
Please Note: By giving access to another user to this account, you are accepting full responsibility for any activities they perform on the site.

This feature is only available to Komatsu Standard and Premium account holders with Admin access. To delete a user from your account:
1. Sign in to your account and select 'Company Structure'.
2. Search for the user or scroll down until their name is listed and then select the user.
3. Click 'Delete selected'.

To update your account details:
1. 'Sign In' to your account and select 'My Account'.
2. Follow the prompts on this page to change and save details as required.

As security precaution, if you attempt to sign in 5 times with an incorrect email and password combination, your account will be locked. To have your account unlocked, please call our Komatsu Customer Support on +27 11 923 1081 or email sys_KSAf_OnlineSales@global.komatsu.

We take your privacy seriously. For more information please see the our Privacy Policy. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions.

Some orders may qualify for a choice in delivery options - Standard or Express. If you have the choice between two delivery options, please note that your entire order must be delivered using a single method. If you wish to select Express Delivery for some items and Standard Delivery for other items, you will need to process two separate online orders.

Yes, you can call your nearest branch to see if the item you require is in stock. To find a list of our branches, go to the 'Branch Locator' page and view a list of local branches.

My Orders

This feature is only available if you have a Komatsu online account. If you are using the site as a Guest, the contents of your cart will not be saved.

You can pay for your order using your credit card. We accept both MasterCard and Visa. If you are a Komatsu Premium account customer, you may be able to pay with you Komatsu Credit Account.

Yes, your information and online credit card transactions are transmitted through a secure connection using Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology. SSL locks all critical information passed from you to us, such as payment information, in an encrypted envelope, making it almost impossible for this information to be intercepted. You can identify this by looking at the URL - 'https' the 's' indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL. Your browser may also give you a pop up message that you are about to enter or leave a secure area. SSL is the system that is used by all reputable e-commerce sites. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

No. The limit of your online transaction is dependent on your credit card limit or account limit (if you are a Komatsu Premium customer with an approved line of credit with us).

All transactions are in South African Rands (ZAR).

For each individual online order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check the email of the login used to place the order for a copy of that email (be sure to check your junk mail or spam box). If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please call our Komatsu Customer Support on +27 11 923 1081 or email sys_KSAf_OnlineSales@global.komatsu.

You can copy multiple parts numbers and paste them inside the box and click 'Add to list' or Click 'Download sample'  to populate a spreadsheet containing a list of all parts you require and the related quantity for each part. To upload your bulk order, simply click on the "Choose file" select your downloaded file and load it (Add to Cart).

If your credit card has been declined, please contact your bank or credit card issuer. If your bank or credit card issuer advised that there is no issue at their end, please call our Komatsu Customer Support on +27 11 923 1081 or email sys_KSAf_OnlineSales@global.komatsu.

We do not reserve stock for orders saved in your cart. Stock is only reserved when you proceed to payment. If the item has since been sold to another party, you will be advised of the new quantity in stock. You will be required to reduce the quantity in your cart to match the quantity available or remove the item from your cart altogether. Delivery Information

No, Orders placed online, will be directly shipped to the address provided on the order or you can select click and collect from PDC.

No. Unfortunately, orders placed through Komatsu Parts Online are only able to be delivered via a courier provided by Komatsu.

Yes, If there is no one available to sign for the delivery, our couriers will leave a "Sorry we missed you" card and you will need to call our Komatsu Customer Support on +27 11 923 1081 or email sys_KSAf_OnlineSales@global.komatsu.

No. We only deliver to street address.

You will not be able to change your delivery address, after you have placed an online order. If you need further assistance, please call our Komatsu Customer Support on +27 11 923 1081 or email sys_KSAf_OnlineSales@global.komatsu.

You will receive an order confirmation email, which contains a link that you can use to track the progress of your order. If your order contains multiple items, some items may be shipped separately. As such, you may have more than one consignment number per online order. The link in your order confirmation will allow you to track all consignment numbers associated with the online order.

We currenly use a national (RSA) rate to minimize delivery fees.

Click and Colllect from our national PDC, or deliver to a stipulated address via Courier Guy.

To take advantage of this offer ensure your cart value is over R5000,00 (excluding VAT) before you proceed to the checkout. Once you reach the shipping method the website will automatically offer you the free shipping option as R0.00. Simply click that option and then proceed to the payment page.

Yes, if one of the parts you ordered weighs 40kg or more you must offload the item yourself.
